Your Consultation
The consultation is your opportunity to learn more about your procedure and the Tampa Bay plastic surgeon who will perform your surgery. At some Tampa area plastic surgery practices, the consultation takes only a few minutes, and in some cases you meet with a patient coordinator or other staff member, not the surgeon. At Benedetti Plastic Surgery, the consultation is as important to us as it is to you. It is our opportunity to inform you about your procedure, and to assess how we can help enhance your beauty and your confidence.
Dr. Jeremy Benedetti takes the time to get to know you, and to discuss your goals for your breast surgery. He will listen as you describe the changes you would like to see, and after the physical exam, he will make recommendations for your procedure. All of your options will be discussed, and you will be fully informed about what to expect from your surgery and recovery.
Size Matters
Dr. Benedetti will send you home from your consultation with a clear mission: think about size. Many breast surgery patients have second thoughts about size after their procedure, feeling that they went too big or too small. Dr. Benedetti goes to great lengths to assure that this is not the case with his patients. He will give you an assignment to find photos that show what you would like your breasts to look like. He uses implant sizers to allow you to "try out" sizes, and will not finalize your sizing until your last pre-op appointment.
We will continue to help you prepare for your surgery, answering any and all questions and concerns at your preoperative appointment. We want to be sure that you to go into your surgery relaxed and confident, and that your overall experience with us surpasses your expectations.
