37 year old woman who was seeking improvement in the appearance of her breasts, specifically to improve breast droop and asymmetry. She also noted some problem fatty tissue near her upper bra line of her chest wall. She underwent bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) and ultrasound assisted liposuction to her outer chest wall. She is shown six months out from her procedure. She is very happy with the results.
